So I got this app on my phone it deos not work, i tried a lot of things and it still doesnt work

So I got this app from the play store, (I have a galaxy j3) it's called choices, if you search it in the app store it will be an editors choice. I reset my phone 2 hours ago. And now the game gets stuck on the loading screen. I tried force stopping, uninstalling, and reinstalling, also clearing data, and clearing cache. None of it worked. Help please.
