My RCA Voyegar 111. Starts up but turns off by its self every time

I've had my tablet for about 3 yrs. And about 4 months ago it started poping up with colored lines on the screen and then turn off. And nowI'll turn it on and it loads up but just turns off after 15 or so seconds.
