Flash recovery boots right back to normal recovery

I installed TWRP for my phone which is a Oukitel K10000 which isn't really known anywhere. It seems to flash successfully using the Flashify app but when it restarts, to boots right back to the normal android lockscreen. When I enter recovery mode, it just says "No Command" and does nothing. Am I doing something wrong?
