How to transfer mass photos not one at a time

I need to transfer many photos from Alcatel One Touch Android to computer. I can press the photo to transfer it via email but it takes too long.I don't have time to keep emailing them to my computer. Why does this phone not automatically download it to the computer via gallery app?Is there a way to mass transfer multiple photos from phone to computer?
