I have a mp3 file that I free give to my clients. Now I want it to made available on playstore so that anyone can download it. My question is:
1. How to I create such an app that runs on android, ios and other mobiles?
2. How to add my mp3 file to that app so that when people download and install my app, this mp3 gets downloaded on their mobile?
3. How to ensure link of this mp3 is on the home page of the mobile?
4. How to publish it on PlayStore?
