How do i get the nbc app to download? I keep getting erroe code 920?

I was able to get the NBC app for live TV for awhile. now I keep getting on screen messages saying I need to authenticate with google my password information and error code keeps popping up.and it also says that I need to check with my provider error code 920.I don't understand because the NBC app is free please help me with this issue? It happens every time I try to watch NBC live TV.
