Flashing custom rom has broken settings and google services :(

HELLO. I am a noob. Pls help. Flashed custom rom was fine for months then tried to unroot to gain access to auto updates and now settings crashes upon enterting the setup mode .. galaxy j5 sm-j500y. So you cannot even select a region it just crashes over n over. Please :)!!
