How do I reinstal Andoird OS + bootloader?

So I was rooting my device and flashing a .zip with flashify and after twrp flashed it, it bricked. I then went to twrp and wiped everything. INCLUDIG THE SYSTEM FILES. I now have no bootloader or OS on my Nexus 7 (2013 Wifi Flo)

Is this fixable?
