How do I remove the Android 7.0 update from my phone.

Ok, so I forgot to turn off the automatic download of new software for my Galaxy S6 and it downloaded the new update this morning. I'd like to not update to 7.0 just at this moment because then I won't be able to play a game (Kingdom Hearts Unchained) because the game isn't currently supported for 7.0. I can keep deferring the update to a later time but that would mean I'd have to never turn my phone off until they eventually update the game (hopefully). So, how would I go about deleting the update?
