Here is the message that is in the middle of my home page, and doesn't disappear if I try to type message. "Warning. You only have to install a Great App to get your phone fully functioned." Then it has the word "Confirm" and in the bottom right corner the word Delivered.
Does anyone know if this is a malicious message, if I should "confirm" it, or how to get rid of it permanently. I tried shutting off the phone but it came back when it rebooted.
