Off and on white screen

Once the nexus player loads past the google logo it will go off to a salt and pepper screen and then back on. About every 3 seconds. It doesnt reset. Just goes fuzzy screen then back and keeps going for ever.

I tried to update to 7. Nothing changed.

Did a factory reset. Nothing changed.
