Rainbow screensaver virus

Just recently I've had this virus on my phone(samsung s6), I cannot find anyone with a similar problem. My phone screen will have a rainbow screensaver pop up, sometimes and then my phone will no longer charge. Other times my phone will make a notification sound and then the screen will flicker and a pop up will come up, after that my phone will no longer charge. There are no apps on my phone that are one my phone now that are malicious. This problem is urgent, please help me as soon as possible
