Unlocked international sn7 vs. US sn7

I want to buy an unlocked sn7 phone. I only see the international unlocked sn7 for sale. The phone comes with a UK charger. I want to know if I can buy a wireless charging pad in order to by-pass the UK charger. Also, can I use the international phone with any carrier???
