what do i do when my sd card keeps unmounting automatically even after i press mount sd card?

I use a symphony v49 recently my sd card is unmounting automatically after turning the power on.I restarted and the same thing happened. I pressed mount sd card but it automatically unmounted right away. I have a 4 gb sd card. The problem some times only ends if I insert it in another device and put it in my phone again
