Whether it's one email or 30 phone calls, if I don't have my sound on, I can't tell that my phone is getting anything. It does not vibrate on startup like it's supposed to, nor does it vibrate when I type. It will vibrate if I reboot, go to settings, and adjust vibrate strength, but then the very next notification I get has no vibrate and if I go back to settings without rebooting then it doesn't work.
