Anyone change the screen on a Nexus 1p

My 3 year old Nexus has served me well, so well, I have worn out the screen coating from overuse. There is a dark area in the center for the screen that is getting larger with use. I can still see the screen fairly clearly but I would like to see about changing out the screw.

I recently changed out the battery maybe I should have had a replacement screen on hand and swapped it then.

How much they cost by the way?
