NFC card/tag Emulation/spoof app android

Hi, i have an nfc enabled phone with android 5.1.1 which i know has HCE(host card emulation). I want an app that I can scan an NFC tag/card and/or RFID card and save it in my phone. Then i want to be able to have the phone emulate that card/tag.

I know this is possible but i cant find an app to do it. I have been looking for a while.
