Big Disappointed from long time Samsung User

I have used Galaxy s4 s5 and now s7edge but big disappointed that they refused to fix my phone coz i have change the screen due to it was cracked. So the family decided that will be the last device from this brand in the house.

If anyone has the same problem please share.

Please recommended other android devices
for take a good picture and great music play(sound)
