The in-call speaker won't work.

I dropped my Droid Turbo 2 while it was in an Otter Box and now when I make a call I can't hear who I am talking to.

This is the second one I have gotten already, the first one I dropped when it wasn't in a case and the in-call microphone broke. Would I be able to make another warranty claim?
