why my htc desire 626 can't open after updating?

The screen totally black. Firstly, i power off my smartphone for a few minutes. suddenly when i want to power on back, the apps loading for starting like usually, when i waiting for a few minutes more. The notification say that the system UI.... i dont remember that work, and then they give me 'send' or 'don't send'. and then i press to 'send'. But its come for couple time.. and the collape. And now when i try to power on back, still can't the screen was totally black. I hope someone and gibe me opinion.
