I have a Galaxy 5 on Verizon USA and *#9900# doesn't work. What now?

Ive been getting the not enough phone storage. Go to settings.' And when I try to move apps from phone to brand new empty 32 sd card 'move failed. Not enough storage'.
This is ruining my life! I spend every available second wiping apps and storage and reseting...
Any advice?
