I have a Motorola G4 running Android 7.0. Up until yesterday it was working perfectly but it suddenly decided to stop playing videos. YouTube, Facebook, embedded videos on web pages... None of them would play. I had just finished work at 3am so I decided to turn the phone off and on again and it corrected the issue.
However, now my media volume won't turn down, even if it's apparently set to silent. It won't turn up either. It seems to be permanently stuck at barely audible. It's winding me up because I don't always want sound on my games and stuff and I can't stand only just being able to hear it if I do want sound.
Any help and advice would be appreciated, thank you.
