My phone is stuck on " Android is starting, starting apps" Never seen this before, Help!

My android phone says Android is starting, starting apps when I woke up and it doesmt look frozen because the dots are moving but how long does this take? Ive never seen this before and I just woke up to my phone like this. It ws not plugged in to a charger i was just sleeping and woke up to it. How do I fix this!
