S7 Edge stops and starts charging after a huge rain

So, me and my s7 edge got into a huge rain and it wet my phone and now when i connect it to my fast charger it continusly stops and starts charging, not fast charging just charging. If i connect the same cable and adapter into my fast wireless charger it charges like it should. What should I do?
