Why is my s5 not powering up properly after lcd screen change?

Dropped my phone and smashed lcd. Purchased a new screen and swapped over, screen working but when I power up the samsung screen appears then when it changes to the samsung logo the phone powers down and starts again over and over. Any ideas??? Thanks Ronnie.
