Why is my Samsung GalaxyJ5 not letting me see the Google play music when my phone is locked?

Okay so usually I can see a bar which tells me what song is playing, and skip and go back and everything. But now it doesnt and when Iwent on settingsit says 'hidden on lock screen' but when I click advanced it's on 'show on lock screen'. Any ideas?
