Can't- truly access Google photos 2nd account on my Note 9

On my iPhone I used to access to separate Google photos account on my Note 9 I can only see that I'm connected with the second account but I can't see any of my images on it I'm not talking about synchronization I'm talking to just about scrolling through my Google photos account that are already there
