I bought a 2 meter, micro usb charger that only works when bent.

The charger i bought was 2 meters and micro usb and if i would charge it i would need it to bend. The charger that comes with the package works fine. Is the charger broken? If it is how do i fix it? (Sorry for the bad english i live in the philippines)
