Icons on top of phone ive never seen before?

Woke up to my phone flipping back n forth to different pages and acting crazy ..... one internet tab was on a fence company that Ive never heard of and there was another page that went black all of a sudden. Icons on top of screen that I've never seen before on my phone. Looked one up and it was for screen casting or mirror imaging? Still trying to figure out the other - black line in shape of a rectangle, little circle in the line on the top and bottom of the rectangle line? I have a screen shot of it
