My main photo album disappeared on my s9! Pls help!

The pictures were saved under my SD card, but I have other albums saved under my SD card which are still visible on my phone. The main album that my pictures get saved into just vanished! I never deleted it or have them back up anywhere else. I've looked into my files and DCIM, but I can't find it anywhere. I only noticed it yesterday night. Please help! I need those pictures back!
