So I have the note 9 and recently all of a sudden I stopped getting push notifications from apps like messenger, Facebook, snapchat and Instagram. Only when I'm connected to wifi. If I disconnect wifi I'll receive all my notifications at once. What the heck is going on? I haven't changed anything. It just randomly happened.
