No sound from loudspeaker on Honor 10

My Honor 10 is not omitting any sound from the loudspeaker. Sound is fine when connecting via a Bluetooth speaker or through headphones, but not through the loudspeaker.

I have reset factory settings and replaced the loudspeaker itself with no luck. Does anybody have any suggestions for fixing this?
