Note 8 - lost all devices set up in Bluetooth and now "no devices found"

For some reason I lost all my Bluetooth devises on my Note 8. I have done all the things recommended online to resolve, like clear the cache, soft reboot, etc. with no success. The only item it recognizes is my Samsung Gear Sport. No other Bluetooth is found. "No devises found".

Any help is greatly appreciated.
