Why am I unable to fill in opinion surveys on my tablet, yet I can on the computer?

When I have made a purchase on line, or hired a car, I receive a request for my opinion, but I am not able to submit a reply using my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, whereas I can do it on thedesktop computer. Is there some step that I am missing to beable to,do this?
