Why im my fingerprint hardware is not available?

Lately I've love to unlock my phone using fingerprint ID, bu then one day I tried to unlock it again it shows on my screen that the fingerprint hardware is not available. I hope you guys respond to my promblem because it makes my phone easier to unlock. My phone is huawei nova 2 lite. Thanks :)
