Entering number like credit cArd display correctly but the dialer inputting twice or certain digit

Whenever after dialing any phone number, entering meeting number or passcode or entering credit card or account number on my dialpad it display correctly but the number always input as twice as thrice, I noticed it when my ivr confirms the number I input. Please help me on same, I tried another dialer too
