I am not receiving any notifications from my notifications bar

I am not getting Any notifications in my notification bar from my game apps. I am only getting Facebook and messenger notifications. I went into my settings and all the boxes are checked for notifications. I reset the app preferences and that didn't work, I cleared the cache everywhere and that didn't work. Can somebody help me fix this? My phone is a new Alcatel Tetra.
