Nest Doorbell app playback issue

I was wondering if any knows of a compatibility issue with the Nest doorbell app and OnePlus 6t. Time laspe video replay won't scroll. When you start to sroll the screen goes black when you stop it shows the time when you stop when you scroll forward or back instead of watching time lapse the screen goes black again. Tmobile nor Nest have any solution. No issues with srolling in nest app on I phone, Samsung S5,s7 or S8.
I am searching for answers. I had bought the phone outrite. Enjoy the phone except for this problem.
