My mans phone keeps making that loud obnoxious weather alert/ emergency broadcast signal!

My boyfriends phone has been going off all hours of the day & night making loud alert/ warning broadcast signals. Sometimes it'll go off within 2 minutes of last time it went off... or a few hours between going off. It's been doing this close to a week & Its driving me crazy!!! What do I have to do to make it stop???! His phone is a:
