Changing vibration level on Android

On the droid turbo 2, how do you lower the sound of the vibration. It may seem like a dumb question but on the iphone you can easily change the level of vibration but i cant seem to find that on an Android. The only reason im asking is because the vibration is super loud and really obnoxious. Thanks
