Have grand prime that wont play any video,tried fact reset, google+, app mngr reset.

Mod SM-G530W, Ver 5.1.1, Galaxy Grand Prime, Used to work when new, now 6 months old. Had Samsung do their remote thing, no success. Import videos from laptop or make then on phone with O results. I get no error messages. The videos are logged as a black first frame that won't open. It frequently does the same for photos.
