How do I fix my Samsung Galaxy s5 that won't charge

I just charged my phone last night and it was perfectly fine. On my way home from work today the phone worked normal. When I got home and tried to charge the phone the battery with the lightning bolt pops up and goes away. The phone turns on and as soon as I click ok to the connect charger pop up it shuts off. How can I fix.
