install play store on kindle fire without root?

I have several kindle fires and want Google play store only apps on them. I have looked at several you tube videos and it seems the downloads I need are missing, no longer there. So I was wondering if there is another location for the necessary downloads, what are they. And the steps to get there. A how to, if you will. I have Kindle Fire 7 hdx and kindle fire 8 hd.
