What time is stamped to my sent text? The time i press send or the time it actually got delivered

Someone pressed send to deliver a text to me on thier LG K7 at 6:04 pm. I also havw a k7. The text got stuck in sending mode for about 55 Minutes. What time would appear in the ib the time stamp section of the details of the text???
