Tab 3 7 bootloop After OTA updates

Am possessing 3 tb3-710i tablet for my family. I t happened that an OTA update notification appeared and ran the update for all the 3 tabs and unfortunately 1 hanged at recovery menu after restart. So please. Does anyone have the link to procure its stock ROM or a way forward to get it working once more from boot-loop.Will greatly appreciate.. Please
