How do I sync my audio and video

So, I have a galaxy S4 (don't know if that matters) and I noticed whenever I watch you tube or twitch the audio is way ahead of the video, so I will hear the things happen before they do. I checked the setting to see if there was anything to resync it but I didn't see anything, please help
