Why isnt my Galaxy s7 playing my music loud with aux cord?

It will play fine thro headphones some songs a little louder than other but fine none the less!!! When i play songs thro my work stereo system it wont turn up loud enough...i even downloaded Pandora thinking it my be the music files...its not the case or the aux cord either already tried that as well...please help
