Calls from one phone go directly to Voice Mail. Calls from other phones come thru normally

I have 2 identical unlocked LG G4 cells, different #'s. on 1 of the phones Calls from my land line goes directly to voice mail but otherwise all other phones can call it and it rings. The other LG G4 works fine.
