Best phone under £200 €235 $250

Hi I'm looking for a phone in the price range of under £200 €235 $250. The 3 requirements are that it must be no bigger than 5.2" display (Motorola G4 too big for them), has to have one of the best cameras for the price and be easy to use as it is for someone who has never had a smart phone but they do have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet which they can just about use.

They will only use it for the basic stuff - Calls, texts,photos, videos, video calling, Facebook, Whatsapp and basic gaming like Candy Crush.

The phones they are currently considering are a Sony Xperia E5 and Samsung J5
I may also include the Huawei Honor 5C or P9 Lite if they are any good? What are some others that fit above requirements?
