My problem is I can't get my new tracfone/smartfone to connect to the wifi from my ISP. I've turned the wifi on on my phone, I keep getting "authentication problems" error when trying to connect.
My desktop is connected directly to my ISP through their modem. I have no router.
Unfortunately, I'm not as smart as the phone, so I'd appreciate any help.
